The moment you think you are going to conquer the world is when you believe you can do anything ...but you are not going to achieve that eating every chocolate bar, and greasy meal offered you ..anyway lets talk about my new conquest and ambition to become the next weight lifting Olympic champion So I joined this new gym with lots of dedicated people trying to loose some weight or maintain what they already had..truth be told I was impressed with some of the ladies ...the expression on their faces was that of sheer determination, you know ...that kind of look that says "that girl can't take my man away from me" and oh! I had a little chit chat with some of the ladies and discovered some had the warning ticket that told them to GET BACK IN SHAPE OR I'M NOT TOUCHING THAT!!! or YOU BETTER LOOSE ALL THAT FAT OR I WOULD START LOOKING THE OTHER WAY...... Most of the guys were young, most of them getting their sexy on or just in that space to show off
